Great variety of things to do. Friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Cruise director and entertainment director were very good. Variety of both food and entertainment was excellent but the quality of both was just good. Some of the promotional things were irritating and insulting - the best example being Karen's over-the-top promotion of shopping (jewelry) under the guise of "helping" the guests.
