Food and smiling workers was the best thing. Evening entertainment in the Savoy Theatre and Ice Rink were awesome - don't miss any of them. I would try to plan all time on shore before I get there next time to save time hiring a boat or driver. The boats suggestion of $9.75 per person per day tipping was a bit extravagant I think now that I look back and it was not made clear that you didn't have to give this much. Also my kids were in different age groups so they didn't participate in many group activities (there were six of them together so they formed their own little group but no problem, they had a blast) but when the 13 and 14 year olds were allowed into the dragon's lair to enjoy teen night they were too afraid to stay because there were 17 year olds...Maybe give each group (12-14 and 13-17) their own time slot next time.
