Great ship, activities for 13 and 14 yr old were fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful, room attendant was excellent. Meals, facilities and activities on boat were great, a super boat for people travelling with children of all ages. The tendering process was amazing, less than a 5 minute wait to get off the boat, crew is super organized and are able to handle crowds effectively. The only negative comment was the smoking of other passengers on the balconies. Being non smokers it was difficult to enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony when your neighbours were smoking. Consideration should be made to have one side of the ship non smoking. It would have been helpful to know up front that smoking on balconies is allowed.
