Life aboard the Disney Magic was fantastic, a home away from home with all the perks of five star dining, service, amenities and entertainment. The best thing about Disney is there courteous staff with a true and unparalleled commitment to customer service. Always a smile, a Good Morning, a Good Evening, how was your day, a very pleasant atmosphere of staff who are dedicated and excel at their profession and are happy doing what they do. What was memorable about our Cruise, without a doubt the friendly crew. Of all the European sites we visited, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Vatican, Pompeii, the French Riviera, the best thing was returning to the ship at the end of the afternoon. One small downside to our trip was that our children were not interested the Children’s Club. My girls have high expectations for what is fun and the Clubs were too young for them (7 and 9, especially my 9 year old). How was it resolved, we let them have check in and out privileges and allowed them to go back to the cabin or get something to eat when they got tired and allowed them to go back to the club when they wanted. The check in and out privileges was something we should have done from the start but we need to get comfortable with the ship first. Would I visit the tourist places again, probably not, would I sail with Disney again, in a heartbeat.
